Keski-Haram – single lock dehkan estates near Gyaur Kala. Was the living quarters in the period from IX to XIII century.
In the castle, built of adobe, preserved half buried on the first floor and the remains of the second, with corrugated walls. In the center of the castle was a large square hall, covered with a dome. With it communicates to the other rooms of the castle.
